Ravi founded the firm in 1993 and has advised local and international clients on their IP filing, commercialisation and enforcement strategy in Singapore and abroad. He has conducted High Court and State Court trials and appeared before the Court of Appeal in several landmark IP cases.

Paul has extensive experience on all aspects of intellectual property matters such as enforcement (both civil and criminal enforcement action) and High Court and Court of Appeal litigation, domain name recovery actions, drafting, advisory and review of intellectual property related agreements.

Jon practices in all aspects of intellectual property law, with particular expertise in trade marks and geographical indications. In particular, Jon has an active litigation practice and has acted in a number of notable cases before the Court of Appeal and the High Court which dealt with novel issues relating to both substantive and procedural intellectual property law.

Called to the Bar in 2022, Xenia has had her interest piqued by IP law since her polytechnic days. Since having trained at the firm, she has assisted on both prosecution and enforcement work.

Nicky was recently called to the Bar in July 2025. He holds an LLB from the University of Birmingham, and a Diploma in Law and Management from Temasek Polytechnic. He currently advises and acts for clients in advisory, enforcement, and trade mark litigation matters.
